The '''9th Parliament of the Federal Republic of WolvHaven''' was a meeting of the legislative branch of the WolvHaven Government, composed of the Senate and the House of Representatives. It met in the Parliament House in Laboratory from 5 May 2018 to 3 November 2018. The [[General Election of WolvHaven, April 2018|April 2018 general election]] gave the Coalition of {{Parties/FWH}} and {{Parties/DEM}}  control of the House of Representatives, allowing their leader Grass_Jelly to take office as 5th Prime Minister of WolvHaven. Meanwhile, the {{Parties/CEN}} and {{Parties/HGP/Old}} form the opposition. But on 25 June 2018 {{Parties/CEN}} joined the Government, leaving {{Parties/HGP/Old}} as opposition.

boomdoom_ resigned as MP due to his ban. According to the WolvHaven Statute II/B/5, the next member in the party list published on the party wiki page as of the time of resignation shall replace them. Therefore HurricanePanda08 become the MP for {{Parties/CEN}}

===1st Session of Parliament - 5 May 2018===
The state opening of the 9th Parliament of WolvHaven was held on the 5th May 2018. Before the state opening, a Speaker Election was held. the race was between _AngelKevin_, nominated by Starcubed and seconded by y0urs_Tru1y, and hinwapoon, nominated by Grass_Jelly and seconded by autobus22. The results were _AngelKevin_ got 14 votes and hinwapoon, got 11 votes. _AngelKevin_ was elected as Speaker of 9th Parliament of WolvHaven. Then the State opening starts off with the President in the Senate chamber asking the Black Rod to send a message to the House of Representatives that he desires their attendance in the Senate chamber. The Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod will then walk out of the Senate chamber, across the building towards the House of Representatives chamber. Upon approaching the chamber, the doors are slammed shut in the Usher of the Black Rod's face. To which the Usher of the Black Rod uses the black rod to knock on the doors 3 times and the door is opened. The Black Rod walks in and asks members of the House of Representatives to attend to the President in the Senate chamber and walks out afterwards with the sergeant at arms removing the ceremonial mace from the table and proceeds to the Senate chamber holding the mace, followed by the Speaker of the House, the Prime minister and the Leader of the Opposition, elected members then unelected members. The mace was handed over to a parliamentary clerk before entering the Senate chamber. Once all members are inside the Senate chamber, the President delivered the President's Speech. After the President's Speech, all MPs came back to the House of Representatives chamber, and Speaker _AngelKevin_ announced he has appointed hinwapoon as the Deputy Speaker, and two of the Speaker will alternate in sessions. Since there are no bills for the session, the session was dismissed. This session was also the shortest session in WolvHaven History, which last only 45 minutes.

===24 June 2018===

===8th Session of Parliament - 25 August 2018===
This was the 8th Session for the 9th Parliament, as there was only one bill and the proposer decided that the bill will be discussed in the next session. That made the session only last for 7 minutes, the shortest session in WolvHaven History.
