As promised in May 2022, on October 8th 2022, [[SilverWolv|President SilverWolv]] announced that from October 14th 2022, manual metro lines would be able to be driven by players who do not hold licenses and that players were able to access warps for the depots of these lines in the [[Department of Transport|DOT building]] in La Resistance/Dakota. All past driver blacklists were also waived.
