Woo City (NB-05) was founded on the 21/12/2019 by WillieWoo257986. The city is “Owned and Operated by Woo Co”.

Woo Transport is the main transport operator. The sub-brands are Woo Metro, Woo Light Rail, Woo Buses.

Woo City council is open to anyone who applys. Each year splits into 2 or 3 council sessions. Each one is numbered by the year-number.
