In July 2021 the company announced that they have bought Emshercoal and PHOENiXSteelworks. Later in August 2021 they also bought ALB Logistics.

The Emshercoal Incorporation is a mining company headed in Nelsonburg (Gardellia) & owned by Heiopeii (formerly known as Blalex). Emshercoal Inc. was founded in August 2017, while the Coal-Boom happened in Westphalia. The company specializes on mining and processing coal and producing charcoal. The company has a close co-operation with the steel company PHOENiX, which is headed in Königsborn. Most of the steelworks are near the coalmines to save money for the transport of the coal.

PHOENiXSteelworks.

PHOENiXSteelworks. is a steel and iron manufacturer founded in Nelsonburg (Gardellia). Most of the company's steelworks are near Emshercoal's mines to save money for the transport of the coal. Due to the expansion into Calidia in August 2021, the company decided to move the location of their headquarters to the city of Königsborn (Calidia).

ALB Logistics

ALB Logistics is a haulage and logistics company also headed in Nelsonburg (Gardellia). It specializes in the transportation of goods with trucks. The company was bought by Nordstern LLC. in early August 2021.
