The East Coast Parkway (Abbreviated: ECP) is a expressway that runs along the Eastern coast of Wolfminster Island. The expressway is approximately 1.8km long, connecting Wolfminster Island to Mechanicsburg Island, and has interchanges with all the other major expressays, namely the LRE, CIE and the NSE.
The ECP is the only Expressway in the 4th Haven world to be called a Parkway, instead of an Expressway. This is due to its lower height limit of 4m, whereas all roads ending with "Expressay" must have a minimum height clearance of at least 8m.
Hence, the ECP is the only road in the city that does not allow for heavy vehicles, or double-decker buses on it between a section
