Intentional insult with intent to provoke a breach of the peace (EXAMPLE)
61A. Any player who intentionally insults, or otherwise provokes another player, knowing that said provocation is likely to cause them to break the public peace, or to commit any other offence, shall be liable for punishment not in excess of 3 official warnings.
