Vermont Shopping Complex is a small mall in Les Vincennes Bay, Gardellia. It is the first mall to be built in LV Bay.
History
Concept of the mall was originally established in 2017 when Les Vincennes Bay (LVBay) underwent redevelopment to allow for convenient roads to serve the city. It was desired to include purple as the main colour theme to combat the lack of said colour usage. The owner personally wanted a challenge to create purple buildings. The mall would have access to the Vermont Residential Towers. This was moved in 2018 to make way for the runway clearance for the now defunct Phoenix Gateway Airport (PGA).
This experiment, however, failed and was rebuilt with different colours. The initial iteration was a 4-storey mall with a cinema, stacking office levels on top. The mall would use the British flooring convention (-1/B1 G 1 2 3 etc.). A food court would be on the 1st floor, while the cinema would be on the 4th floor. Construction was completed in 2017, with franchises fully moving into the mall in 2018. Floors G, 1 and 2 were opened at first. A later addition included the basement floor B1. The connection passageway from that floor to the mainline station was completed in 2019.
Once a good concept of the cinema was ready, the 3rd floor was furnished. By then, the lobby to the residential towers had opened on the 2nd floor. Reallocation of space was done and shuffled to have the cinema entrance on one entire floor. Construction of the 3rd floor was completed and opened in 2019, housing 2 cinema halls operated by Vintage Cinemas.

Vermont Boardwalk is an open-styled mall inspired by boardwalks constructed in 2020. It provides more variety of retail to the older Vermont Shopping Complex.
History
To improve the urban realm of Les Vincennes Bay mainline station, and to provide some upgrades to Vermont Shopping Complex, the most probable solution was a new mall. This idea expanded into a boat-boardwalk-shaped mall which formed part of the new mall name. This would occupy the empty space formed from the Gardellia Northeast line diagonal gradient and the bay road.
Construction began in 2019, which would make the mall have 3 floors (G 1 2). Early franchise bidders moved into the mall in early 2020. Mall construction was completed in mid 2020, with Vinyard, a fine dining restaurant occupying the top floor. Toilets were added externally occupying the bottom half of the mainline viaduct in late 2020.
