The building houses the House of Representatives and the Senate chambers, the Hall of Valiancy, several offices of Members of Parliament, the house of the Speaker and 2 Committee Rooms.

The complex consists of 5 buildings. The South, Centre, and North blocks make up the main portion of the complex, with the Executive House, and Capitol Circus Buildings just North of the North Block.

The parliament building is an embodiment of a mixture of several major parliamentary democracies in the world; with inspiration and features coming from the Australian, New Zealand, UK, and Canadian Parliaments.

The current Parliament House is the 5th official meeting place for the Parliament of WolvHaven in WolvHaven's history. The previous iteration, the provisional parliament house was destroyed in a fire.

===City Hall, 2012===

When the 1st Parliament of WolvHaven was established, it met in the City Hall of WolvHaven at the period of the time. The building was rather small and could only house a maximum of 5 seats, including the speaker's chair and desk. There was very little space and no option for the addition of newer seats.

===Centre Block===

The Centre Block of Parliament sits in between the North and South Blocks as its name suggests. It is the main building of the Parliament Complex, consisting of the committee rooms, house of representatives, the senate chamber, and the hall of valiancy.

====House of Representatives Chamber====

The House Of Representatives chamber is characterised by its light green theme, and seating, similar to that of the New Zealand and Australian parliaments. Instead of the conventional bench seating which the UK and Canada employs, the house chamber utilizes a U shaped chamber, giving members of the crossbench a defined location to sit at. The seating layout was built by BokBokObama.

The centre table sits in the middle of the chamber infront of the speaker's chair and comes equipped with a digital countdown clock created using signlink to give speaking members a sense of how much time they have left to speak. Each seat is 2 blocks wide, and comes with a microphone, desk and digital countdown timer similar to that at the centre table.

Similar to real-life parliaments, the government sits to the speaker's right while the opposition sits on the left of the speaker.

The chamber also features ornate wooden walls made mostly out of spruce wood, designed by GukkyGukz and has a watching gallery on the second level. Topping the chaper are several chandeliers and a brick roof with glass skylights that let in natural light into the chamber. The roof is held up by wooden arch trusses built by SilverWolv.

The Senate Chamber is similar to the House of Representatives, except with fewer seats, and a red theme instead of green.

====Committee Rooms====

There are 2 main committee rooms in the building on the north and south wings of Centre Block. Each committee room has a centre podium, and a seating layout that can be rearranged to cater for different types of functions or events being held.

The committee rooms also feature a large mural of a landscape with a Volcano Erupting, designed by SilverWolv.

The tower of unity is a clock tower that sits in the middle of the Centre Block, making it look very similar to that of the Canadian Parliament's centre block; albeit less slim. The clock is unique as it contains a working redstone clock that displays the time of day in-game, with the circuity designed by GukkyGukz.

The clock tower's roof also features several hidden skylights that allow light to trigger the light sensors which in turn control the clock.

The South Block is the offices for the Members of Parliament. It was built in April 2019 to ensure MPs are able to work in the Parliament House.
