The Greater WolvHaven Transformation 2020 (GWHT) was an Organizational Transformation programme introduced in late 2018, to be completed by 2020 in response to player feedback that player applications were not processed in a timely fashion, and inconsistencies or even potential staff bias when certain applications were processed.
Transformation Programmes
The programme was split into multiple smaller transformation programmes; namely: Staff, Service, Web, Parliament, Workforce, Gardellia, Server Experience
Staff Transformation
The Staff aspect of the transformation programme was to streamline and make clear the roles and responsibilities of members of Staff.
Service Transformation
Service Transformation looked into the processing procedures of the various application forms on the server
