The Gardellia Hockey League is an independant ice hockey league operating within the world of Gardellia. The league consists of eight teams throughout eight cities who all strive to win the glorious and magnificent GHL Cup.

The GHL was founded in early 2017 after the commissioner, Ziggy85, decided he wanted to share his love of hockey within the world of Wolv Haven. The free-building city world known as Gardellia provided a platform perfect for that. With the help of DNP_10 the league was born.

Teams and Divisions

The GHL consists of eight teams.

In the Western Division lies Flußtadt, Kralyn, Nelsonburg, and Palm Ridge. In the Eastern Division lies Castelnau, Dalesburg, Hineno, and New Hudson. At the end of the 14 game-per-team schedule the two teams with the best record from each division go on to the GHL Cup Playoffs, which works as a bracket style best-out-of-three elimination to crown the winner.

2018 Playoffs

Following the league's inaugural regular season, 4 teams were left at the top of the league. The Quixiang Trophy winners are the Castelnau Conquest, who amassed the league best of 20 points out of 16 on the ice from their 8 wins and 4 from their 6 missed games, as they lead the league with a whopping 8-0-0 record to earn home ice advantage for the first round. Their first round opponent is the Dalesburg Flight who grabbed 10 points from their 5 wins and an additional 5 points out of their missed games, totalling a league third 15 points and making it into the playoffs by 4 points over rival Hineno. On the western side of the league is the Nelsonburg Ice Eagles whose owner and captain, Sambrose, lead the league in scoring with a grand total of 146 goals. The Ice Eagles also aquired 18 points from a 9-4-0 record and 1 extra point from their only missed game. Their opponent, who accumulated only 1 more point than that of the 5th place team in the league, grabbing 4 points from 2 wins and 3 losses and the league most 8 points from their 9 missed games, the Flußtadt Eggs open on the road in Nelsonburg.
