lecity is a shopping mall located in Gardellia Central City in central Gardellia. It opened in May 2019. lecity2, the bigger mall is located to the northeast of lecity. It is due to open in December 2019 as soon as a few more shop owners move into the mall. A planned Phase II, which will include a basement and a carpark is planned for an opening of July 2020.
Description
Lecity is just next to Gardellia Central City Mainline Station (GC). 8 shop spaces squeezed into 4 floors, Lecity is the smallest of all malls owned by Centreum.M & May Concepts Ltd. Above the mall is a residential tower spanning 5 floors. This whole tower occupied a very small spot, which limited the expansion of the mall. LeCity2, however, is an expansion and larger version of LeCity. It is unfortunately not close to LeCity and the mainline station, but nearer to Dalesburg Stadium by distance. On the eastern region of Gardellia Central City, it lies in the boundary of the town. The entire complex houses 4 cinema halls and 41 shop spaces. Unlike LeCity, it has a central zone at ground level with a mini "river" to provide a calming element to the mall as well as toilets for the first time. A carpark will also be built soon, adding 2 more floors for shops.
