A tunnelled loop section called the ''City Loop'' was planned. Similar to the Sydney City Circle and Melbourne's City Loop, WolvHaven's City loop connects Wolfminster Island, Merchant's Island and Capitol Island. Twin-bored tunnels were constructed by [[User:GukkyGukz|GukkyGukz]], and a station design competition was held.

The loop comprises of 8 stations - La Resistance, Bonaventure, An Unnamed station, Haymarket, Exchange Place, City Hall, Parliament Square and Lower West End. Of the 8 stations, 3 of them were selected as a result of a design competition that was called for City Hall.

The City Hall station was designed by [[User:Wilhelm59|Wilhelm59]] and pays homage to the original City Hall station of the 4th Haven Metro system, which in turn paid homage to the station from 3rd Haven.

Parliament Square station was designed by bokbokobma, and the Lower West End station was designed by GravityDuke. Both are heavily inspired by stations on the Moscow Metro.
