The Creative Affairs & Regulation Department is tasked in maintaining law and order in all creative building worlds. That includes the [[Sandbox]], [[Laboratory]], [[Gardellia]], and [[Calidia]].
 
The agency performs several duties such as abandoned claims checks, advising creative claim owners on compliance with rules within their worlds, resolving any disputes between claim owners, and also regenerates abandoned or unregistered claims.
